The illustration above shows the different ways that Ethnic US interacts with new and existing groups in developing countries. We begin with intentional intervention through a consultation process to create partnerships within a targeted region. After that group has addressed MBLB in their context (which will be a multi-month and year process), Ethnic US will begin the process of matchmaking capital with promising entrepreneurs. The contextualization and assimilation of MBLB practices into a given region is led and undertaken by national leaders. Ethnic US helps to raise the issues to national leaders and provides new insights for cultures entering the global economy while maintaining cultural integrity and consider long term implications of actions undertaken in the present. Ethnic US's networking experience allows for uniquely creative collaborative and consultation processes. |
